Ejaad AI is an enterprise search platform that helps companies find answers across all their data and apps. It uses advanced AI to deliver fast, accurate responses and connects with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and OneDrive to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.

Ejaad AI is an intelligent enterprise search system designed to help teams find information faster by connecting tools like Google Drive, Slack, and OneDrive.

Goals & Success Criteria 🍀

As this project was an MVP, the focus wasn’t on full product analytics yet, but rather on validating technical feasibility and improving the AI experience.

Our two main objectives were:

✅ Enhance AI Answers – Improve the quality, clarity, and reliability of AI-generated responses to create more trust and usefulness for users.

✅ Integrate Google Drive successfully – Enable seamless document access and content retrieval from users’ Google Drive accounts.

Measuring AI Answers Success 🪷

One of the most effective ways we measured the success of AI Answers was by adding Like and Dislike feedback buttons. During internal testing, we collected this feedback and shared it with the AI team to help improve the model’s performance.

One Challenge I faced 🌼

How did you creatively engage an uninterested client?

I analyzed integrations from two main competitors, Dashworks and Guru, reviewing 13 each. Instead of listing findings in a document, I created visual flows in Figma using screenshots and notes, making it easier for the client and team to understand and stay engaged.

In this project, my role was more focused on research than design, as we started with just one feature and gradually added more over time.
